Tuna Burgers
Tuna burgers really are a good way to fulfill your craving even while adhering to your reduced carbohydrate eating habits, instead of getting the burger on the complete grain roll, put it on a few pieces of lettuce and eat it with minced vegetables.
Ingredients:
One can tuna
One egg white
One fourth cup rolled oats
One fourth cup chopped onion
One fourth cup mayonnaise
Garlic and onion powder to taste
Directions:
Combine the tuna, oats, and stirred egg whites with each other. Mix in onion, mayonnaise, garlic cloves and red onion powder after which you can mold directly into patties. Position the patties on the griddle and turn at one half time frame as you would probably cook a typical burger.
Spaghetti and Meatballs
When an individual changes their eating habits, pasta is usually a single food they miss the most. Pasta is full of carbohydrates; it is one food that folks will crave and struggle to remove from their diet. Ingredients:
One envelope dry onion soup mix
